Nearly able to draw my own things again, just 5 more pages and I'm freeee! 8D Today I slacked off a little and doodled a headshot of Lucan.

I really want to do Kuroshitsuji fanart. Grell x Undertaker. Although Grell's obsession with Sebas is amusing. I've experienced both the manga and anime, the latter is what made me love this pair. I nearly died laughing when the crazy chainsaw death god stripped down the poor Undertaker and stuck him in a salt barrel. "I love the sensation of moisture seeping out of my skin." d'awww. They're both so dysfunctional, it just works.

Mikilu

Clip of a comic cover I was comissioned to do. Mikilu <333

Waes

Quick portrait of Waes. I wanted to decorate Naal's room with something.. the background looked kind of bare, ldskjfkldsjf.

Pillsbury with fertilizer

I love coloured lead. ;___; I'm kind of sad the ones I bought break so easily though. Three strokes, and chances are I've already broken the tip. DD: Doodles done in lecture. Finch+Linds at the top in red. TAT Faen is in the middle right.

Erica, for Hellsion! // Markers, opaque white ink, regular ink.

DA x-post.

The little round oblong guy that is in all of these was inspired by a statue I saw on DA. I felt like playing with my india ink and nib pen for a while.

Watercolour, marker, pencilcrayon, india ink.

From Fire by Fire - WIP

WIP of Northrop, my flaming faun. The background I have planned at the moment is a sky turtle migration. I don't know if the colours are going to look really odd- I'm working on a brand new monitor, which shows me things I've never seen before in my old works. And they're not usually good things. -___-;;;

I've slipped into the nasty habit of drawing really generic faces lately. Although originally it began as a bid to stop drawing -really- ugly faces, now they're just wholly unremarkable animu faces. Gross. I'm going to have to work on that.

This is supposed to be underground.

I liked the monochromatic version better. :b Not really satisfied with the result, I may have to do it over depending on how its recieved.

WIP of a background for a website. I'll try and keep the process updated~!

new everything

I got a new scanner! I can finally scan my pencils again. Speaking of new things, the keyboard and computer are also new. Today is an excellent day.

Lineart for a kiriban. So I finally learned how to make crisp lineart in Photoshop- increase resolution to 4000-5000 px. ALL THIS TIME I couldn't figure out why my lines in Photoshop looked blurry. Too bad my computer can't handle files of that size. Though for stand alone images with no concrete deadline, I'll risk it.

A small clip from my SS. I've been trying to learn how to CG in a slightly more mainstream method. It's fun to try new techniques (well, new for me).

KIEL THE ROCKSTAR.

Lately I've mostly been colouring comics, though I've found a little time to do lineart. I really want to feed my Tales of Vesperia addiction. My sweet game has been sadly neglected these past couple months.

Working on a 5927 lineart. I'm going to finish this asdfkjdjf;____;.

hideous

My CG always feels unrefined. It's lacking that extra snap the really pro artists have. UGH. I'll figure it out one of these days.

Not dead

- Comission sketch for Valita-the-Hedgehog!

--My OC, Lucan Bey. Fishballoon man catches supper.

- and first round of colours, just hashing out the background and whatnot. I might change the murky green to murky blue.

- Seneca, my nymph OC. One arm is not supposed to be longer.. than the other.. D: I'm redrawing it when I do colours.

- I'm kind of bummed out I didn't finish this entry for Rogue Skies. Too many things came up at once. :/

Teaser panel from my manga contest entry. BEWBS.
