Background: Seneca was educated to be an assasin (poisoner, little knives), but she's never been able to off anyone in her life. She finds the entire business unpleasant, and retired before she even got properly started. Currently works as a bylaw officer investigating property violations. Fences that are too high, neighbours that have planted statues of themselves on other people's lawns, and the like.
